Loessfest: Free Omaha Symphony Concert & Fireworks

The Omaha Symphony with Ernest Richardson, principal pops conductor, is bringing the power and beauty of live orchestral music to the riverfront with a free patriotic concert to remember on at 8 p.m.

Hear patriotic favorites, including “God Bless America” and “America the Beautiful,” armed forces service songs and John Williams’ “Liberty Fanfare” and “Hymn to the Fallen.” Summer blockbuster tunes such as “Superman,” “Captain America” and “Star Wars” will close the symphony’s performance.

Following the Omaha Symphony concert, this Memorial Day celebration promises to be unforgettable with awe-inspiring, choreographed fireworks produced by J&M Displays, Inc.
